A lot of the people I work with are used to being the one who keeps going. They’ve coped, adapted, pushed through, and carried a lot on their own for a long time. Maybe you’re functioning, but not really at ease. Maybe your relationships feel strained, your mind won’t slow down, or something in your life has stopped working the way it used to. Even if you’re not fully sure why you’re here, something in you may know it’s time for support. I offer individual and couples therapy for adults navigating burnout, anxiety, relationship challenges, and the many other difficulties that can quietly build over time.
