Change, whether chosen or imposed, can be one of the most challenging of life's gifts. Working as a Therapist in the addiction and mental health field for more than 25 years has allowed me the privilege of working with individuals who, like me, face some difficulties that are seemingly too complex to work out on their own. Finding the right person to explore such sensitive and personal issues is no easy feat which is why providing an authentic and judgement-free space is at the heart of my therapy practice. I am currently accepting new clients for both in-person and online therapy!
