My passion is to collaborate with individuals in a therapeutic setting to work towards reconnecting with their authentic selves. I respect the power of the human spirit and its ability to heal from the challenges and adversities encountered in life. I believe we all have many strengths and the power within to heal and problem solve. I see my role to support individuals to engage with their strengths and to grow and cultivate new skills and a deeper sense of self awareness and knowledge to help them heal and live their best lives.
