With 17 years of experience, I support individuals and families impacted by complex and intergenerational trauma. My work also addresses related concerns such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, family-of-origin dynamics, anger regulation, and relationship and communication challenges. I have extensive experience working with survivors of sexual abuse, intimate partner violence, residential school trauma and first responder-related trauma. Building a strong, heart-centered relationship with my clients is paramount. All parts of you are welcome and met with compassion and non-judgment.
