For over 25 years, I have been helping children and youth flourish in often turbulent times while coaching parents through the hardest job on the planet! I have extensive training and experience working in schools, home and community, helping individuals and families navigate their world with ADHD , anxiety, depression, autism, grief and trauma. As an attachment therapist, I focus on building safety and trust in relationships, illuminating strengths, and developing secure emotional regulation. Incorporating training in EMDR with Polyvagal techniques helps you process past trauma & current or future distress.
