I am ADHD Parent Coach/Executive Function Coach. I help parents of children and teens with ADHD/Executive Function challenges navigate the challenges of parenting with greater clarity, confidence, and compassion. I specialize in practical, strengths-based coaching that honors each child’s individuality while empowering parents to build calm, connection, and consistency at home. I offer virtual coaching sessions for parents seeing education in ADHD/Executive Function and consistent support and accountability in implementing tools and strategies in the home. I also help parent navigate school support including 504/IEP services.
