Choosing therapy is a courageous act that deserves respect, empathy, and patience. I’m inspired by those who seek support despite the stigma around mental health. My approach is collaborative and authentic, honouring each person’s unique story while considering the broader context of their relationships and roles. I'm now offering in-person sessions at the charming Wilson House, located in Whitby. This welcoming space provides a warm and comfortable setting for our work together.
