I want every person to know that seeking help and taking the first steps toward recovery, healing and change takes courage and strength. My own journey and experiences led me into the field of marriage and family therapy where I have the honor to walk alongside others with compassion, empathy and guidance. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety, depression and co-occurring disorders in adolescents and adults. I also hold experience and knowledge in working with families and individuals struggling through grief, life transitions and relationships.
