If you had to describe your life in one word, it might be: "overwhelmed". You keep thinking, "why can't I just get over this already?" You want a space where you don't have to perform, explain or be the strong one. You want the freedom to explore you again, and get unstuck from the constant reel of thoughts in your head. We all struggle at times, experience illness, relationship challenges, stress, changes in our mood and uncertainty regarding our future. The demands of life, such as school, work, parenting and caregiving can be challenging and we all need support.
