If you are someone who is having a difficult time separating their past from their future, you have come to the right place. Our wounds are often originated from childhood and adolescent experiences. When these memories are left unresolved or not tended to, they can show up in raw ways in our present day lives. These wounds could be a result of complex grief, relational trauma, abandonment and many more traumatic events. Specializing in trauma, grief and sex therapy, I work with a psychodynamic approach to understand your roots and reframe thoughts, behaviors and emotions that no longer work for you.
