I believe that therapeutic rapport is an essential part of a healthy therapist-client relationship. My goal is to help the client feel respected, safe and express unconditional positive regard so that therapy can be successful. I believe that the client is the best teller of their own stories. Based on this I find that the Person-centered approach is effective when working with a client. I am there to help encourage, support and guide the client through their own journey of self-discovery. I believe in acknowledging a persons strengths to help them achieve their goals.
