Hello! The therapy that I offer focuses on working together to more deeply understand your experiences, struggles and symptoms. I believe that emotional growth stems from a secure, genuine and connected relationship, and therefore the fundamental focus of my work involves attending to and supporting the development of each unique therapeutic connection. I have worked for 20 years as a clinician and researcher conducting psychological assessment and treatment. I now work teaching and supervising university undergraduate and graduate students in learning psychotherapy theory and skills.
