Many people struggle with anxiety, depression, intimacy issues, mismatched desire, low libido, sexual anxiety, jealousy, or the same looping patterns that never seem to resolve. Wanting more ease, clarity, and connection in your life and relationships is deeply human. I offer relationship therapy and couples therapy, as well as sex therapy and individual therapy for anxiety and depression.
