Life can feel overwhelming. We can help. We are a group of seasoned practitioners who specialize in assessment, play therapy, trauma therapy, and counselling services for children and teens experiencing social, emotional, behavioural, and learning concerns. We also offer a variety of therapeutic supports for adults, caregivers (perinatal and parenting support), couples, and families. We provide a supportive environment to feel heard and understood, while helping to build insight, coping skills, balance, and resilience. Therapeutic support is tailored to your child and family's unique strengths and needs.
