I am a graduate of the University of Toronto and Laurentian University. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work. My focus is working with individuals in the areas of trauma, attachment, and self-regulation. I have completed additional studies in the areas of self-compassion, traumatology, Polyvagal Theory, Safe and Sound Protocol, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Levels 1 & 2), EMDR, Attachment Focused EMDR (Parnell Institute), Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), Equine Assisted Therapy (therapy with horses), and Self-Reg. In addition to individual therapy services, I also offer trauma informed workshops for workplaces.
