Are you struggling to manage anxiety, sadness or overwhelm while caring for a loved one? Do you struggle with self-esteem or feel like you're 'not enough'? I can help. We will work together so that you can feel more grounded, less anxious, and more empowered. Life isn't easy. There will always be challenges that throw us for a loop. It can help to have someone to support you through it. I will be there to listen, encourage, and sometimes gently challenge but never judge.
