You try to have everything in your life go a certain way. You feel out of control and get upset when things do not work out. Every time you try to complete a project or organize your life, something goes awry. People tell you to relax and everything will work out, but you are not so sure. Your partner gets mad at you because you are unavailable or you are snapping at them all the time. You don't even know if therapy can help, but you're willing to do whatever it takes.
