I am a clinical psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and families, offering assessments and therapy for a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficulties with emotional regulation. My approach is strength-based, collaborative, and flexible, drawing from evidenced-based modalities including CBT, DBT, and other developmentally informed practices. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and strive to create a safe, inclusive space where young people and their caregivers feel supported, understood, and empowered.
