My name is Jen, and I'm a licensed therapist. I work with children, teens, and adults who are facing an array of social/emotional difficulties. I know life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don't have to figure it all out on your own. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where we will talk through strengths and challenges while discussing practical ways to help you feel better. We'll work collaboratively to explore various skills that will empower you in your day-to-day life.
