You may look successful on the outside. You’re thoughtful, capable, and probably the person others rely on. However, you may find yourself overthinking conversations, repeating the same dynamics, struggling to set boundaries, or wondering why you feel anxious, disconnected, or unseen. Many of my clients grew up where love felt conditional, achievement was emphasized, or emotional needs weren’t met. As adults, they may struggle with perfectionism, fear of vulnerability, or trusting their own voice. I integrate attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy & trauma-informed care. I also can offer Christian faith centered support.
