Welcome! Originally from Minnesota, I just moved to California from Idaho with my daughter and Air Force husband. Due to our recent move for my husband's job, I've switched to providing telehealth therapy so I can continue doing what I love while offering flexibility for me and my clients. I love to read and learn about new things and areas of the mental health world. I so love being a therapist and walking with people through their own journey. I am fairly laid back and work hard to meet people where they are at.
