I work with school-age children and adolescents who are struggling with big emotions like anxiety, anger, grief, or overwhelm. They may have trouble expressing themselves, managing behaviours, or navigating life changes. Parents often feel stuck, unsure how to help, and worried about their child’s well-being. I am someone who can connect with their child in a meaningful way, build skills through play and conversation, and offer support that makes a real difference at home. These families want peace, connection, and tools that work. Most of all, they want to know their child will be okay and I help them get there together
