Therapy can be a space for that connection, can aid in undoing the aloneness we may feel in the world and can help us reconnect with the wisdom we all carry. I offer a compassionate, supportive space that invites you to deepen your understanding of yourself, your nervous system, your inner landscape and how you move about the world. In our work together, you are the expert on you and your lived experience. I provide the space for innate healing to occur.
