They may struggle with burnout, medical trauma, relationship stress, guilt, or feeling isolated from others who do not understand their experience. I provide compassionate, trauma-informed support to help clients process difficult emotions, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and reconnect with themselves beyond caregiving.
