I support adults and youth in navigating grief, loss, life transitions, and the challenges of caring for others while learning to care for themselves without guilt. Many of my clients are recovering people-pleasers and caretakers who want to rebuild balance, set boundaries, and reclaim their energy. I offer in-person counselling in Thompson and virtual sessions across Manitoba and Canada. Together, we create a gentle, collaborative, and non-judgmental space to explore emotions, understand your nervous system, and find strategies for lasting growth and resilience.
