I can help you further navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and major life transitions. My areas of focus include education, addiction and complex family dynamics including separation, divorce and/or co-parenting. I offer trauma-informed care and strive to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel understood, supported, and cared for.
