I offer counselling / psychotherapy support for adults and adolescents. I provide individual and couples' counselling in my Huntsville office and online / virtual therapy to anyone in Ontario. I have worked in the field for over 20 years. My scope of practice includes mental health struggles (anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder); relationship Issues; addictions / substance abuse; grief and loss; trauma informed work including counselling survivors of sexual abuse (male and female). I am trained in EMDR therapy. I would be happy to speak with you to see if we are a good fit.
