I provide a warm and supportive environment where you are heard, and your feelings are respected. My philosophy is that "Therapy must be useful". That means that I will focus on helping you overcome issues related to emotional trauma, depression, anxiety, and troubled relationships. Along the way, skills are developed and applied to life's challenges. These skills include increased self-awareness, handling adversity, mastering strong emotions, and applying the skills necessary to achieve a gratifying and fulfilling life. Both Video appointments and in-person appointments can be arranged. I have over 47 years of clinical experience.
