Hello! My name is Jeff, and if you are in need of support and want someone to talk to about your mental health, then I am glad you've found me. I have experience working with clients that live with the effects of trauma, depression, and anxiety, or are having issues with self-esteem, relationships, and are going through difficult life transitions. I am committed to building a safe and effective therapeutic relationship with unconditional positive regard and empathy for all of my clients. I believe that engaging in therapy is often a difficult step and I will work with you without judgement to provide the support that is needed.
