I have over 30 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults and the elderly incorporating a combination of CBT and mindful techniques in order to help navigate through all aspects of life. My role as therapist is to help facilitate in the journey, perhaps beginning with a neuropsychological evaluation to help determine cognitive function, implement an individually based treatment plan to gain better understanding of and influence navigating the bumps in the road, and gain a better understanding of life's issues.
