Jasmyne works with youth and adults who are seeking to heal through connection and creative expression. Jasmyne is an Art Therapist and Psychotherapist, she provides a safe space and guidance for clients to reflect within themselves, explore their emotions, thoughts and behaviours, tap into their unconscious mind, and find release through art making. Jasmyne takes inspiration from psychotherapy approaches like positive psychology, humanistic psychotherapy, narrative therapy, and Jungian theories to inform her practice, and offers a relational, person-centered approach to healing.
