It can also feel hard to know who the safe supports are - the ones who won’t judge you, dismiss you, or push you to embrace normative frameworks. You may be seeking support with trauma responses like fight/flight/freeze or fawn, feeling burnt out, substance use, addiction, grief, identity, relationships, or 2SLGBTQ+ experiences.
