You know yourself best—I’m here to help you uncover patterns, heal from trauma in all its forms, and find steadiness through life’s challenges. I offer a collaborative, nonjudgmental space for people ages 12 to 100, in person or online, with a strong focus on wellness, midlife transitions, and the unique pressures women carry. I work with individuals and couples/relationships navigating trauma, mental health concerns, substance use, relationship stress, parenting, and more. We’ll build a plan that supports you—short‑term or long‑term.
