Hi there, do you have difficulty getting your needs met? Do you feel deeply and worry about what others think? Do you get overwhelmed at times? I specialize in working with Highly Sensitive People (HSP) as well as those who suffer with anxiety and/or depression. The work I do is unique in that my training and background in Nursing, Psychotherapy, HSP education, Psychology, and Spirituality allows me to understand and work with clients from ​ a multifaceted approach. As a HSP and empath myself, I believe the body/emotions/spirit connection is a powerful combination ​to heal the whole self.
