I’m a relational therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, relationships (with partners, parents, children, and self), burnout/overwhelm, and the experience of feeling stuck or misaligned. With warmth and empathy, I aim to meet you where you are and support you in increasing self-awareness, connecting with your inner wisdom, and taking intentional steps toward the growth and change you’re seeking.
