Change is part of every life. People often work with a psychologist when they need help to create the change they want in their lives or adjust to changes beyond their control. In our work together, we will build a collaborative relationship that responds to your unique needs and strengths– aligning you with the goals, values, connections and actions that will carry you through change. While we may spend some time understanding the past, our work will mainly be focused on building health in the present and moving you toward the future you want.
