I work with sensitive teens and adults who feel anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves or other people. Many of my clients are moving through grief, a break up, depression, addiction recovery, identity questions, spiritual uncertainty, or a quiet sense that something in their life no longer fits. I find that therapy can help you understand what is happening under the surface, it can help you feel more grounded in who you are so you can begin moving forward in your life feeling more clear in your direction, more settled in yourself, and steadier in your relationships and day to day life.
