I work with children, teens, and parents who may be navigating anxiety, big emotions, behavioural challenges, school stress, or family overwhelm. With a background in early childhood development and education, I bring a warm, practical, and attachment-focused approach that helps families better understand behaviour, and support emotional regulation, confidence, and connection. I have a special interest and background working with neurodivergent children, helping families build practical tools for regulation, communication, and everyday success.
