I work with adults and adolescents who are looking for support when life begins to feel overwhelming. Concerns like anxiety, low mood, self-doubt, grief, life transitions, or other challenges can start to take up more space than they’d like. Many are trying to make sense of their thoughts and emotions while still showing up for their lives. The team and I at the Firestone CBT Clinic take a CBT-informed approach, while also drawing from other therapies to meet each person’s needs, helping clients better understand themselves, shift unhelpful patterns, and build more supportive ways of moving through the world.
