In practice, I strive to work together with clients to identify and address unresolved areas of concern. My objective is to help clients develop greater insight into their lives, encourage self-compassion, and facilitate the client’s ability to reach their desired goals. I have experience working with presenting concerns around anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal and relational issues, and identity development. I also have experience working with LGBTQ+ populations, as well as racial and ethnic minority groups - particularly those who have been socialized in bicultural or multicultural settings.
