Life is short and then one day you wake up and realize years have gone past with very little change in your life. The struggle is real and can keep you stuck, disconnected, lost, or holding onto fears (disguised in many ways) for a very long time! Working together we will begin by healing your past and embracing your future. We will shift to find new perspectives, understanding past patterns, and being curious about your relationships (current and past). We also work together to shift from confusion to clarity, from self-loath to self-respect, from lack to abundance. We find tools to clearly focus on Re-building your new life.
