Therapy facilitates a process that can produce new ways of thinking, feeling, and being. I work with individuals whose struggles have led them to become curious about how life can change. I meet with adults, teenagers, and children. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, traumatic stress, and depression associated with life transitions, grief, creative blocks, relationship issues, unwanted states of mind, spiritual or existential crises, and confusion or concerns about their current circumstances.
