I support children, teens, adolescents, adults, and families navigating emotional, behavioural, and relationship challenges. Many parents come feeling worried, overwhelmed, or unsure how to support their child or teen through anxiety, big emotions, ADHD, low self-esteem, or life transitions. I also offer culturally responsive therapy for individuals and families from Indo-Caribbean and Caribbean backgrounds.
