Hi, I’m Isabella — but most people call me Izzy. Before I’m a therapist, I’m a person. I’m a wife, a mom, a daughter, a sister, and a friend who loves connection, community, and moments of humour in the middle of life’s chaos. I believe we’re not meant to do life alone, and that laughter, honesty, and shared humanity matter — especially when things feel heavy. I know how strange it can be to show up in a therapy space and feel like you’re supposed to have it all figured out. You don’t. I certainly don’t either.
