I am a licensed Psychologist specializing in working with parents, children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral challenges, ADHD-related concerns, neurodiversity, and difficulty adjusting to life changes. I am bilingual (Russian/English) and see clients in person in my Sheepshead Bay office in Brooklyn, NY as well as virtually for added flexibility and convenience. I also work closely with parents who are trying to better understand their child’s behavior and develop more effective ways to respond, especially when concerns begin to feel repetitive or difficult to shift.
