Anxiety hums in the background, old experiences still shape how you react, and the coping that used to work has stopped working. My approach is trauma-informed, integrative, and evidence-based, drawing from Schema Therapy, CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to support emotional regulation, self-understanding, and lasting change.
