With over 25 years of experience, I offer compassionate listening, a calm presence and a place of trust, promoting positive personal growth for clients who are seeking help to address emotional, behavioural and relational difficulties. I have a special interest in helping people who have experienced grief, trauma and loss, including loss by suicide as well as people who have experienced childhood sexual abuse. I support clients in overcoming fear and shame by helping clients identify their strengths and needs. I enjoy working with couples focusing on communication, active listening, anger management and family of origin work.
