I am a licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in women's mental health. I have extensive experience working with patients with dual diagnoses that include substance abuse, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, and personality disorders. I believe every client is an individual, with various experiences and needs, and thus, it is critical to have their treatment be personalized to their needs, areas of strength, and readiness for change. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, and client-centered approaches.
