Life can bring challenges that feel overwhelming, whether it’s managing stress, navigating relationships, supporting a child’s needs, or facing unexpected changes. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. In addition to my work as a therapist, I am a school psychologist, and I support students with social, emotional, learning, and developmental needs. I have experience with Specific Learning Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, anxiety, and depression, as well as conducting psychoeducational evaluations to guide individualized interventions.
