Through Harbour Care Services Ltd., I am honoured to offer counselling services to children, youth, adults, and families. As a Registered Social Worker, I take a client-centred and equity-informed approach, recognizing that each person’s experiences, strengths, and needs are unique. I draw on a range of therapeutic methods to support individuals navigating concerns such as acute and chronic physical illness, mental health challenges, addictions, family and parenting stress, caregiver burnout, grief and loss, and life transitions. My goal is to create a welcoming space where clients of all ages feel heard, supported, and empowered.
